Personal Statement
I was first called “Crush” on my 8u softball team. This was because my mom and I always said “Fin, Noggin, Dude” from the movie Finding Nemo, and Crush was our favorite character. I have a very close family and we get together a lot. I think of my team as my family, too. I’m always there for my teammates but also love how they are there for me when I make a mistake. I have no idea what I want to be yet but I’ve always gotten straight A’s. Right now, I am taking two high school classes in 8th grade. It’s not easy, but I’m used to a challenge. I love my family and friends, working hard, being around people and making people feel good. I love being in the outfield and cheering my team on. I’d love if colleges came to see me do what I love.
