Sophia Padin

Hello coaches! My name is Sophia Padin and I am a setter in the class of 2027. I started playing volleyball in the 4th grade and joined club volleyball at age 11. To me, volleyball is the kind of sport that you can play life long. Outside of volleyball I love to travel around the world visiting different countries. I attend Mount Saint Mary Academy as a sophomore currently. In a college I look for, and value a balance of academics in the classroom and athletics on the court. I believe receiving the opportunity to play volleyball is a blessing, but at the college level would be an amazing experience. Doing so would test my ability to perform under pressure and elevate my game to make me the player I want to be. It would also push me to work hard and create bonds on and off the court.
