Personal Statement
Hi, I’m Sophia! I am always looking to encourage myself and my teammates to be our best. As an individual, I am committed to my family, schoolwork, and the teams that I play on. Something I like to do is volunteer my time to help people. I am a silver award Girl Scout and am currently working on my gold award. I love music and art. I play for Portsmouth high school's D2 field hockey team and D1 lacrosse team. I always have a positive attitude, work hard, am focused on the challenges ahead of me, committed, I always have kindness, and an eagerness to continuously improve in all aspects of my life. After high school I hoping to continue playing field hockey in collage. I’m planing on majoring in kinesiology and exercise science, then later on become a physical therapy or athletic trainer.
