Sophia Jermstad

My name is Sophia Jermstad and I am a 2024 defense. One thing I pride myself on is being a versatile player who is always looking to improve my skills in every position, not just defense. I push myself on the field and in the classroom. On the field, I have extensive defensive knowledge, keep my passion and drive even in the toughest of games, and keep a high spirit whether we are winning or losing. In school, I push myself to do my very best to exceed expectations. I am a part of my school’s varsity swim team, robotics team, and orchestra program. I am also a Brooklyn Park city ambassador! My goal is to create a good future for myself and engage myself in meaningful experiences, which is why I would like to keep playing lacrosse in college.
