Sophia Hall

I have been a goalie for 8 years now and have played club every season for 8 years as well. My favorite subject in school is math. I play varsity flag football and varsity lacrosse at lambert high school and I am very active in my church. I am part of a small group as well as a volunteer leader for 3rd grade students at church. I also coach younger goalies on the side. I believe that you get what you put into everything you do and that hard work pays off. I love being able to lead my defense on the field and being part of a team sport. Lacrosse has helped me in so many ways. I have become more confident, a better leader, a good communicator on and off the field, and I have made long lasting friendships along the way. I still have alot of room to grow but I truly love playing lacrosse.
