Personal Statement
Hi Coaches, thank you for looking at my Profile! I started playing by wanting to spend time with my sister and she was always at the ballfield practicing and playing games so I decided to start playing to be with her. I was 10 at the time and her team needed a catcher so I talked my dad into getting me the gear. I pitched and caught through 10’s and some of 12’s when I decided I wanted to pitch full time. Now I split my time between pitching and 1B mostly. Through it all, I've been really really lucky to have some great teammates that always have my back if I hang a pitch and great coaches in my corner that keep me focused and positive and never let me settle for ‘OK‘ or just ‘good enough’.
