Personal Statement
My name is Sophia Azevedo (Soph). I am a 6’1 S/OPP. I have played club volleyball with Tribe Elite Volleyball since I was 10 years old. I currently play for Tribe Volleyball 16 Elite Navy in Deerfield Beach, Florida. I recently transferred to Calvary Christian Academy in Ft Lauderdale and will be starting my 10th grade year fall of 2024. I previously attended Boca Raton Christian School where I was on varsity since 7th grade and FHSAA 2A State Runner-up for two consecutive years. I want to play volleyball at the collegiate level while pursuing a degree in Sports Broadcasting/Journalism.
