Sofia Hollingsworth

I play middle-infield, 3B, and OF. I am a lefty slapper and can hit for power. I've been playing softball since I was 7 yrs old. I was originally a righty hitter but transitioned into a lefty when I was 10. Transitioning into the hitter I am today taught me a lot, especially overcoming and pushing myself to be the best when things didn't go my way. I'm an exceedingly hardworking, dedicated, loyal student-athlete. Softball and school are a huge part of my life. I love my family, the beach, & ice cream. I also enjoy painting to get things off my mind. As a freshman, I made the varsity softball team and was awarded MVP in the World Fastpitch Championship game in KC. I want & hope to play with the best of the best one day. I look forward to every opportunity/possibility with college softball.
