Personal Statement
I live in Sherwood, Oregon and I’m a 2026 setter. I was born in San Francisco and was a competitive gymnast for 8 years. I switched over to volleyball after I moved to Oregon because I was interested in playing a team sport. I love being a part of a team and am a committed team player - my passion for volleyball has increased every year I’ve played. I’ve wanted to play a collegiate sport ever since I was 6 years old, so I’ve been working toward that dream every day. My goal is to both play volleyball and challenge myself academically in college.
