Personal Statement
Hi, I’m Sheyla Williams, I started playing multiple sports at the age of 4, until I found softball and it stuck becoming my passion. I’ve been playing softball competitively since age 9. I started at 3rd base, moved to the outfield, and I have loved it ever since. I play for Bobby Flores on California Lite Flores 16/18u in Grand Terrace, CA. My Primary position is Left field but comfortable anywhere in the outfield with my speed, strong arm, and my glove. I am coachable, willing to learn, and ask questions to get better. In my free time I like to spend time with family or riding bikes with my friends. My goal is to continue to get better and play at the next level. I plan to continue pushing myself to improve in softball while maintaining high academic standards.
