Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Shannon. I am 16 years old. Over the last two years I have taken 2 AP classes, AP seminar and AP world. I am also advanced in Math and Science. I play soccer and softball for school, and I am part of the Duanesburg Masterminds' team. Outside of school, I participate in a book club and I am on a travel softball team, the Lady Outlaws. I play Centerfield and I also play Second and Shortstop. I love softball because of the team dynamic and the mental game. Softball is by far the most mentally challenging sport I have ever played and that's why I love this game so much.
