Personal Statement
My name is Sela Rodriguez, and my goal is to excel at the highest level of softball I can attain. Like many other girls, I started playing softball in Little League. I started pitching in Junior High. I love how the position challenges me. I like hitting home runs. When I'm not on the mound you will find me on the hot corners. I am a Junior at East High School in Anchorage, AK. I play locally with my High School team as well as my comp team, AK Krush. I also travel nationally where I’ve had the opportunity to play against some of the best players across the country. National travel experience has given me the confidence to succeed. This year, I joined Washington Voodoo U18 Gold Rhinehart and I am looking forward to a challenging season
