Personal Statement
My name is Sarah Wages, and I am a rising senior (c/o 2022) at North Oconee High School in Bogart, Georgia. I was a starter my junior season, and I shared time (with a senior) as a sophomore. I have primarily played setter in my career, but I can also play right side. As the starting setter at NOHS last year, I helped lead our team to second place in Region 8-AAAA and the second round of the state AAAA play-offs where we lost to the eventual state champion. I have been the starting setter for the past two club seasons for the VolleyPerformance North (“VPN”) 17-1 club team. I also have beach volleyball experience with the 16-U Atlanta Extreme beach club program last season, which was shortened due to COVID.
