Personal Statement
Aloha, my name is Sarah. I was born and raised in Hawaii. I attend Kamehameha Schools and play volleyball with HI Intensity Volleyball Club. (Hilo) Something that makes me different from other volleyball players and athletes is that I grew up playing basketball which helped me immensely when I started volleyball. Basketball gave me natural abilities of explosiveness and athleticism. I grew up playing many sports and having extracurricular activities. I have learned how to focus on my priorities, work hard, and adapt quickly to new situations and opportunities. I am very excited to continue my learning/ athletic experience and use these attributes to help me exceed in what I do. Thank you and Mahalo for your time!
