Personal Statement
My name is Sarah McCue, class of 2021. I attend Flint Hill School, a private, co-ed HS school of about 600 students in Oakton, VA. I enjoy being a student-athlete at FH. I like to research topics, participate in debates, and apply what I learn to real life problems. I plan to study criminal justice or psychology in college. Softball is my passion. I have dedicated myself to becoming a better player and teammate since age 6, and give 100% during practices and games. I am coachable, a well-spoken leader who wants to see others grow, and an athlete who puts the team’s success over my own. I work hard in the off-seasons to improve my batting and get into better shape. I have been flexible with positions, but love 2nd and outfield. I look forward to talking with you!
