Personal Statement
I have played many sports, but softball has always been my passion. Centerfield caught my attention when I was 14, and I have felt like that’s the position I was meant to play. I can also play LF/RF, or SS/2nd if needed. I’m very fast and get on base a lot, making it hard to get me out. I listen to all my coaches and take into account anything they tell me to do. In academics, I work very hard to keep a high GPA with all AP/H classes, while balancing sports and the gym as well. Even though I do basically everything right-handed, being a lefty batter feels so natural to me as I have learned how to drag bunt and slap along with regular hitting in order to become a better player to help my team out in any way they need me.
