Personal Statement
My name is Samantha Roffi and I started to play volleyball at the age of 8. I am a setter and have been setting since I was 12 years old. I currently play on 18 Elite at Michigan Elite Volleyball Academy based out of Pontiac, Michigan. I attend Garden City High School in Garden City, Michigan, and have played on the Varsity Volleyball Team since my Freshman year. Although I am very dedicated to volleyball and spend a lot of time in the gym, I am very serious about my academics. I currently have a 4.1 GPA while taking Advanced placement classes. I am an avid reader, enjoy spending time with my family and I am involved in my Youth Group at Church, where we volunteer for mission projects throughout the year. I plan on pursuing a degree in the medical field after I graduate from High School.
