Samantha Alekman

Thanks for checking out my profile! I’m a fast, triple threat, right-handed batter. Catcher is my primary position, outfield is my secondary. Both best utilize my cannon-of-an-arm, which has been a consistent part of my own and my team’s success. I run to be the first player on the field and the first to pick up a teammate when they’re down. I look forward to my weekly hitting, catching, and agility sessions, and I love spending time with friends & family, listening to music, and taking care of my dog Daisy. I’m currently a 4.0 student. My collegiate goal is to be the best student and athlete I can be as I embark on a career path towards teaching or healthcare. Being an only child of parents who both work in public service, I’m inspired to pursue a career in which I can help others.
