Personal Statement
Hi I'm Rylie. I play competitively for a national club team and I've been a varsity player since my Freshman year in high school. My main position is OH/OPP, but I am also a strong defensive player. Volleyball has always been a big part of my life. I started playing at age 8. My oldest sister played volleyball and I grew up on the court, both as a player and as a diehard fan. I have such a strong love and passion for this sport! I plan to study exercise sports and health sciences in college. I've suffered several injuries over the years, so I know how important mental and emotional toughness is as an athlete. I've also learned how to support my team on and off the court. I really want to help other athletes achieve their goals through strength training, injury prevention and recovery.
