Personal Statement
My name is Rylee Marie Carvalho. I am from Aiea, Oahu, Hawaii. I am currenlty a 9th grader at Aiea High School. Volleyball has been a part of my life for the past 5 years. I currently play for Ka Ulukoa Volleyball Club as a setter and an opposite. Prior to this, I played for Jammers Volleyball Club as a setter, opposite, and middle. Volleyball has shaped me as an athlete and an individual, along with the determination I have to continue to grow and improve in this sport. Outside of volleyball, I enjoy drawing, working out, soaking up the sun at the beach, and spending quality time with friends, family, and my dog Hoku. In the future, I want to pursue a career in the medical field.
