Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Ryan Smith. I am a Junior (2024) and attend Cookeville High School in Cookeville, TN. Lacrosse has been my main sport for the last 4 years. I currently play midfield and attack. This season, I was named one of the 2023 TGLA All-State Midfields and a 2023 Central Region 3 All-Region Midfields. In June 2022, my family moved from Southern CA to Cookeville, TN. My prior team was Murrieta Mesa High School, we placed 2nd in the CIF Championship in 2022 and were back to back Southwestern League Champions. Last season, I was awarded 2022 Southwestern League 2nd Team All-League. This game has changed my life and made me push myself to limits I did not know I was capable of. I am excited to continue to develop my skills and for the future with lacrosse.
