Personal Statement
My name is Rosie Nunez and I currently attend Mission Bay High School in San Diego, CA. I began playing club volleyball in 6th grade making this my fifth year. Every season I have played on a very competitive team and continue to challenge myself to be the best player I can be. I have been on the varsity team at my high school since my freshman year and this past season I played as an outside hitter, contributing to the team's final ranking of 4th in our division. I currently play for one of Wave Volleyball's 16s team as a six rotation outside hitter. I would like to study in the field of sports medicine and would be interested in majors such as kinesiology or exercise science.
