Hi, my name is Rey Martinez, I was born and raised in Indianapoils, Indiana. I come from a family of 8, landing me the second youngest. I currently attend Southport High School maintaining a 3.93 GPA. I'm a 5'9 junior that weighs 135 lbs. I've always had an interest in playing volleyball as a kid, since 5th grade I've played in recreational leagues. Starting freshman year is where I began to play competitively. I currently play volleyball for Southport High School and for The Academy Volleyball Club. My parents have taught me to be a man who is ambitious, a leader, energetic, respectful, and competitive on and off the court. I am a quick learner and I work/play well with others. I am looking forward to what God has planned for me in my volleyball career in the next few years.
