Personal Statement
My name is Peyton Hughes, I am a 2026 High School graduate from Newfield High School. I have been playing varsity soccer since the 8th grade. I am hoping to expand my academic and athletic experience to the college level one day. I feel sports have given me the leadership abilities to be successful down the road in the path I choose to pursue. In my early soccer days I was mostly a defender, over the past few seasons I have moved into the midfield and even in an attacking role as I progressed and grew as a player. My coaches have helped me grow not only with my skill but with my vision and ability to see the game.
