Personal Statement
Hi! My name Paige Kenny and I'm a defender from Kensington, Maryland. I'm a rising senior at Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart in Bethesda, Maryland, and play for MC Elite 2022 Midnight. During my Junior Year, I was a starting defender in every game. My high school team was nationally ranked 7th in the country for the 2021 season. I've been selected to be one of the Team Captains for my senior year. I have been selected to serve as the Editor-in-Chief of my school's newspaper my senior year, and lead a club called TWLOHA, which raises awareness about mental health issues. I'm also a leader of my school's Student Diversity Coalition, which meets weekly to plan school events around diversity, equity, and inclusion. I hope to major in political science or criminal justice.
