Teams are built upon trust and if you can trust the person behind you, then it is way easier to focus on what's right in front of you. I lock down my opponent and frustrate them into making mistakes. My play is mental as well as physical. Personally, I have always been told that I am extremely coachable, and I am constantly applying the knowledge that I get from my coaches and the best visual aspects that I see from other players into my own game. Over the years, playing lacrosse truly gave me a sense of the word commitment. It doesn't just apply to lacrosse, it applies to everything. Family, academics, and sports. You can't consider yourself a committed person unless you are dedicated to living your life that way.
