Personal Statement
My name is Owen Partridge, I am a 17-year-old who plays soccer at Greely High School in Cumberland, Maine, as well as for Seacoast United Maine. I have been playing club soccer since I was 9-years-old and am hoping to continue my soccer career into college. As a multi-sport athlete, I have learned to balance academic demands and athletics, by putting in the time and effort necessary to be successful. Through my participation on soccer, basketball, and track teams I have learned the importance of teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills and have learned how to come back from setbacks. I see myself as a calm and composed player on the field. I am looking forward to continuing my soccer career at a college or university which is a solid fit for both my academic and athletic goals.
