Personal Statement
My name is Owen McGee, positions played are SS, 2B and 3B. My 2022 season ended with a batting average of .407. Recent achievements, In 2023 season I was awarded the Golden Glove Award also voted 1st team all region and 1st team all county. I’m dedicated to working hard, and always looking for ways to improve. I’m working hard in high school to maintain good grades. I feel it is important to be my best in academics as well. At the age of 8, I started volunteering for Special Olympics Forsyth as a partner in basketball. I enjoy my time with the SO Athletes, being a mentor has been humbling and rewarding. I look forward to challenges and hope to be able to prove my athletic ability along with my dedication to being a great student.
