Personal Statement
My name is Olivia Curry and I want to be part of a team that works hard, wants to win and pushes each other. Volleyball has been part of my life for a long time but I realized how much I loved it 5 years ago. I mostly play outside and opposite although I have been working hard at defense to give my team more flexibility in different rotations. If you asked my teammates and coaches, I think they would say that while I can be intense, I am very competitive whether it's on or off the court, also I try to keep my focus on improving with each play and encouraging all of us to never give up. I also work out 1-2 times each week with a strength and conditioning coach where I have been working on my vertical, speed and agility.
