Personal Statement
I am obsessed with the game of soccer! Ever since I played my first U6 soccer game at age 4, I was immediately in love with the game. At age 9 I began playing club soccer and at age 10 I taught myself flip throw-ins. In addition to my 2007 club team, I have played with the 2006 girls’ team and the 2006 boys’ team. Along with athletics, I see the value in academics as well. I am focused on earning the best grades I possibly can. I am in several honors classes and have a 4.25 GPA. I plan on continuing to challenge myself academically and maintain a high GPA. I am very coachable, confident using both feet, and I am always looking for ways I can improve myself and my team. College soccer has been a goal of mine and I look forward to the opportunities and challenges it will provide.
