Nikhil Thampi

I come from an international, multicultural and multilingual family where football or soccer has become a huge passion of mine. With a Japanese, Indian and Malaysian background, I’m bi-lingual in Japanese & English. I want to continue playing soccer while I pursue my career interests in college. What stands out in my style of play is my diverse ability to play in any position, most notably in defense or midfield, and my read/vision of the game as it unfolds to make that decisive pass. I recently played Junior Varsity Soccer for Cherry Creek High School. Academically, I’m a sophomore taking AP & Honors classes. Outside soccer & school, I also volunteer as a Japanese teaching assistant at the Denver Japanese School (where I graduated Japanese middle-school).
