Personal Statement
My name is Nicolas Belmonte and I play for The Hill Academy Prep Lacrosse Team (Coach Brodie Merrill) as a Face-Off Specialist/Defensive Midfielder student athlete from Ontario, Canada. I am a grade 12 student at The Hill Academy and I am also re-class eligible for 2025. This past January I was drafted 20th overall in the Ontario Jr. A Box Lacrosse entry draft by the Brampton Excelsior’s and later earned a roster spot for the 2023 Jr. A Box Lacrosse season. My goal is to attend a school that has both a strong academic (Business Program) and lacrosse program in order to pursue my dream of playing Lacrosse at the NCAA level.
