Personal Statement
I started playing volleyball in 8th grade. That same year I not only played for my varsity middle school team, but I also played for the JV high school team as well. I was awarded the Coaches Award for the JV high school team for my consistent hard work and coachability. I’ve been on the high school Varsity team since freshman year and continue to develop and practice my skills year round on the Miami United Club team. I enjoy being out in the water either spearfishing, fishing, or wakeboarding. My love of the outdoors has sparked an interest to pursue a career in Environmental Engineering in college.
