Personal Statement
I’m Nia Wright and I am currently a small forward playing for the Bill Crothers Varsity Prep Team out of Markham, Ontario. I’m a 2024 attending Bill Crothers Secondary School. I played on this Prep basketball team in my sophomore and senior years and on an AAU team for two seasons. I'm a starter, a strong defender and can get to the bucket well. Along with basketball, I currently help to plan Student Council events and I’m a scorekeeper for local basketball games and tournaments. I am interested in studying Sports Management, Kinesiology or Business in college. Basketball is a big part of my life that has kept me active and consistently challenged. I am a dedicated and hardworking student-athlete looking to play at the highest level of basketball.
