Personal Statement
As a freshman, I made the JV team as setter. I made the varsity team my sophomore year as DS/Libero & actually saw quite a bit of floor time, which is not normal. I played in all of the playoff games. I was named second-team all-district & all-academic. I made the varsity team my junior year & was a starting setter. I was named honorable mention and all-academic & received the Hoka Hey Award. I have been playing club ball since I was 11 years old. I have been running on the varsity cross country team since my freshman year & I have enjoyed running in a few 5k's since I was 9. I am a dual credit student & will have my associate's degree by the time I graduate in 2022. I am a volunteer at the Brazoria County SPCA, where I have helped raise over $1,000 during fundraising events.
