Personal Statement
My name is Morgan Frailey. I play softball for Iowa Premier. I’m a right handed pitcher/1B. I am a 2028, and I pride myself on being a great teammate, encourager, and one of the loudest in the dugout. I focus on mental toughness, as if I give up a home run my thought is always, “move onto the next pitch.” I love to make silly videos and take pictures with friends. I also enjoy chilling with the many pets. I’m looking forward to being part of an organization and culture that fosters positivity, a team first mentality, and life after softball, as these attributes are vital to me becoming a better person and having a successful career.
