Personal Statement
My name is Molly Schmitz and I just completed my sophomore year at Sacred Heart Academy in Hamden, CT. I am a varsity starter and was named to the 2nd Team All Southern Connecticut Conference with 39 goals and 37 assists this season. Academically, I have a 4.02/5.0 GPA and take honors and AP classes. I have been playing lacrosse for 8 years. I currently play attack for my high school and club team and occasionally take the draw for my high school team. I have strong stick skills, high lacrosse IQ, and am very coachable. I want to continue playing lacrosse at the collegiate level. I hope to become a better player and to make many more lifelong friendships on the field.
