My goal is to play basketball while pursuing a degree. Through playing basketball over the years, I have gained valuable insights that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. One of the most important lessons that I have learned is to always focus on the next play. Like life, the game keeps going, even when you make a mistake. Athletics has also taught me the importance of discipline. My coaches tell me that my strongest asset is my work ethic. Most people think that basketball comes easily to me. Maybe it does, but nothing takes the place of hundreds and hundreds of drills, and a solid schedule in the gym.
