Mikayla Porter

Here's a little about myself. I wasn't always a volleyball player. For many years I was a competitive cheerleader. I started playing volleyball at the age of 12. I am passionate about what I do, I bring high energy to everything in life, and I love playing sports and being part of a team. My coaches and teammates look to me to lead both on and off the court. During my earlier years my coaches looked to me to fill in where needed so I got to play other positions than what I was rostered for. Now I am a setter and a hitter and I absolutely love what I do. I love to help my team out and I am not set in stone for just one position. I really love playing volleyball and learning the game from my coaches. It is my goal to continue to learn and become a better player, teammate, and person.
