Personal Statement
My name is Merrick Joska, and I am a freshman at Castle high school in Newburgh, Indiana. I also play club soccer for Louisville City Soccer Academy (U16). I am primarily a Midfielder or a Defender but capable of playing multiple positions. I am competitive, coachable and have a strong work ethic and leadership skills. My parents' names are Robin (dad) and Jammia (mom) Joska and I have an older sister Maya. After high school I would like to attend college and study business and finance. My favorite player is Kevin De Bruyne. I like the way he moves on and off the ball and his ability to distribute the ball to his teammates.
