Personal Statement
Hi! My name is Merin Shell. I am a rising senior at Upper Arlington High School in Ohio. At the moment, I am not completely sure what I want, or what I will choose to study next year. However, I know that I love to play lacrosse. Currently, I play multiple sports, including diving, water polo, and tap dance. I believe that has helped me develop into the best athlete I can be. I am also interested in photography and the performing arts. I believe that being well rounded and being involved in multiple extra circulars with people I can get to know and learn from, with different experiences is very important. Academic rigor is critical to me. My goal is to grow in athletics as well as thrive and succeed in academics.
