Personal Statement
I fell in love with lacrosse at a young age of 7 years old. Once I picked up a stick, I found it hard to ever put it down. My dad would always encourage me to play catch in our front yard, and I hardly ever hesitated. By age 11, I was sure that I wanted to continue my lacrosse career into college. That’s when I decided to start making the year long commitment of joining a club team. My high school coach owned her own club, Storm. Joining Coach Prior and Storm has been one of the best and most beneficial decisions of my life so far. I learned to love the game even more, and made some great friends along the way. I would love to continue my career in college, just like my 11 year old self wanted.
