Personal Statement
I started playing rec lacrosse when I was 7 years old, and began playing club lacrosse when I was 9. Initially, I played defense (because no one else wanted to play that position!) BUT it gave me a great foundation as my skillset grew. Now I play mid-field and attack, it comes natural for me to counter with my defensive skills when needed. I am very comfortable dodging, passing, catching, and shooting with both hands, and pride myself on my speed, endurance, and field IQ. I am a 3-sport athlete in high school, and play field hockey and swim as well as lacrosse. I enjoy speed and agility training year-round. I am taking honors courses this year, and will continue serving on my school's Student Council.
