Personal Statement
I'm Maya Zinkiewicz, a 2025 Libero. I was named to the GWOC 1st Team all-conference selection and District 15 1st Team and All Star Team. In our GWOC conference, I am ranked 1st in pass points (2.51), 1st in digs (323), and 4th in aces (57). I will play club with the top 18 team at Dayton Juniors. As a Scholar Athlete (4.38 GPA), I am on National Honor Society and the Principal's Student Collaborative being identified as a strong role model and leader, am Student Council Treasurer, was in Junior Student Council, and was Treasurer of both Sophomore and Freshman Cabinets. I love the leadership and teamwork volleyball embraces. The excitement I feel on game days, the feeling of accomplishment, and the life lessons I take, are why I would love to continue playing volleyball in college.
