Personal Statement
My name is Maya Goodwin and I am a multi-talented athlete who could be a great asset to your Universities Softball program. I’ve maintained a 4.0 GPA this year at Leap Academy Charter School, while enrolled in dual-credit courses with Rowan & Rutgers University. I have a strong work ethic; I do strengthen and conditioning on a daily basis. In addition to softball, I train in cross fit and boxing. As a result, I was able to lead the whole state of New Jersey in strike-outs (315) and triples for the 2018-2019 softball season as a Sophomore. Although I excel at both softball and basketball my passion is to play softball at the next level.
