Mattison Taira

Aloha, my name is Mattison Taira, and I am a Senior at Kamehameha Schools on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. My goal is to play collegiate soccer and pursue a career in the digital arts field. I am very passionate about soccer and have been playing since I was five years old. My primary position is outside back and my secondary position is outside wing, but I am able to adapt to any position on the field. A few of my strengths and greatest assets are my work ethic and versatility on the field. I consider myself to be a coachable player, an effective communicator with my teammates, and can read and understand the game well. My academics is of great importance to me and I strive to keep my gpa over a 3.5.
