Personal Statement
My name is Mattea Schenato. I am 15 years old from Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. I joined our association field team at the age of 9 and my love for the game grew quickly. I have been a rostered member of Team BC for the last 4 years. I also currently play with Fusion West, Team BC, and the Coquitlam Adanacs. I also represented Team BC at Box Nationals and team Italy in summer of 2023. I am a Defender who excels at Breaking the ball up the field, making smart decisions and being loud defensively. My stick and communication skills combined with my leadership on the field creates success for the teams I play with. I look forward to speaking with you and to full fill my dreams of playing field lacrosse at a college/university level.
