Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Marina Llano and I will graduate in 2027 at The Academy of the Holy Names. I currently play for Tampa Bay United (TBU) U17 ECNLR. I have played soccer since I was 5 and I grew a passion for this sport and the goalkeeper position. It has always been my dream to play at the next level, college soccer. My motivation comes from when I used to watch my two older sisters succeed at the sports they played, which made me want to be better and go further than them. When I am not playing or practicing with my club team I am trying to improve my skills by participating in extra goalie training, guest playing for older teams, drills with my dad, and working with the ball.
