Personal Statement
I am Maria Bortoluzzi, Sophomore Class of 2027 6'2" tall. Position: OH/RS Fluently in English and Portuguese native speaker! Coachable, intense and competitive! I want to be a student-athlete because I am passionate about my sport, and I love being part of a team. Being a student-athlete allows me to develop important life skills like discipline, time management and teamwork while pursuing my education and athletic goals, and I want to continue this development in college. I play for Tribe Volleyball Club, Team 16 Elite Cardinal, Deerfield Beach, Florida. My goal is to play College Volleyball D1 in a good academic (Psychology) and volleyball program.
