Personal Statement
Hi, I am Maggie Spehr. Lacrosse has been my favorite sport to play since I first discovered it at the age of 4. I play for the Cold Spring Harbor Varsity lacrosse team where I started as a midfielder as a freshman. I have been taking the draw and playing midfield on Yellow Jackets for over 5 years. I feel comfortable in both my left and right hand, in addition to having a strong lacrosse IQ and good stick skills. I also play point guard/shooting guard on my varsity basketball team and center midfield in soccer. In addition to playing sports in high school, I am also taking all honors and AP classes.
